The HTFG Highlights | 2019 Summer Wine Event
This year The HTFG and ACETECH kicked off summer 2019 by hosting our Annual Summer Wine Event at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. The sunshine, spectacular oceanside view, delicious food, and vibrant selection of wine carefully curated by Ty the Wine Guy set the perfect stage for good conversations and new connections. We were thrilled by the amazing turnout; it was great to catch up with our network and meet some new faces.

Vancouver office vacancy rates experienced its fourth consecutive quarter of downward pressure with suburban markets continue to spearhead this decrease. Sustained demand within these markets could push vacancy rates below the record low of 4.5%, which was last recorded in Q4 2019.
