Lease Renewals

Commercial real estate is expensive —a renewal strategy is absolutely critical. We treat each renewal as a new opportunity for our clients to maximize both savings and flexibility. In a market that is constantly in flux, we provide a competitive edge that ensures your renewal capitalizes on market intelligence and leverages all possible advantages. As a result, we have averaged more than $450,000 in renewal savings per assignment.
