Nico joined CBRE in 2025 an a research analyst in our brokerage training program. Recently, Nico joined The High Technology Facilities Group as a full-time broker, where he specializes in advising start-ups and tech companies with their unique commercial real estate needs. Prior to CBRE, Nico held summer internships at the following companies:
PCI Developments – Acquisitions Team
IBI Group (Arcadis) – Placemaking Team
Pooni Group – Urban Planning & Public Policy Advocacy
Oxford Properties – Leasing Team
He then joined SHAPE Properties’ Development Team in 2023 working directly on some of BC’s largest transit-oriented, master-planned communities such as The Amazing Brentwood & The City of Lougheed. Drawing on these experiences, Nico possesses a holistic understanding of how space is planned, delivered, leased, and ultimately used. He brings insights into deal structures, timing, and constraints that directly strengthens his work in brokerage and tenant representation.
