CBRE helped one of BC’s fastest growing life science firms establish their new HQ back where it all started at UBC.
Finding existing built lab space in Vancouver can be extremely challenging as lab vacancy has hovered near the 0% mark over the period from 2020-2024. The High Technology Facilities Group was pleased to have assisted Nanovation with this unique lab and office building on campus at UBC, which met the following critical parameters:
• 35,000 total sq. ft.
• Existing lab improvements in place to avoid high setup and build costs
• Plenty of onsite parking
• Suitable power capacity
• Room to accommodate future growth
